Guitar Lessons At Home in Surrey, Langley, Whiterock
When it comes to interesting motifs, melodic surprises and
creative arrangements, Michael Cumblidge is an expert. Since the
age of ten, Michael has been pushing the boundaries and exploring
every aspect of writing and playing guitar. What started as an
after school hobby soon became his biggest passion and Michael
quickly learned that he wanted to do this for the rest of his life.
Upon graduating high school, Michael was accepted into Selkirk
College's Contemporary Music program as a composition major where
he would excel in all of his classes and set the bar high for all
other student composers. Alongside his composing, Michael headed up
his band "Hello Dynamo," with fellow composer Zach O'Reilly.
Together they challenged the conventions of typical R&B music
and quickly developed a brand all to their own.
During school, Michael discovered a new passion: Teaching.
Something about inspiring a student and bringing music into their
lives excited him. Michael is a well rounded teacher with
experiences in all styles of music. He brings his creative aspects
into teaching, making his lessons exciting, educational, and unique
for every student that he works with.
