Guitar Lessons in Surrey, Langley, White Rock, Abbotsford | At-Home Music Lessons
During an active music industry career spanning over 25, Carl
toured North America as a guitar prodigy, playing in numerous bands
covering everything from rock to classical, written and recorded
dozens of tracks at some of the best studies in Canada, and opened
for Grammy-Award-Winning International recording artist Eric
Johnson (Eric Johnson once commented that he has never heard anyone
play guitar like Carl can.)
During his busy performance career, Carl also found time to teach
music to hundreds of students both privately and in classroom
settings. He has helped many of his students all the way
through University on the guitar, and several of his students are
enjoying succesful music careers in their own right. Always
an avid learner himself, he has studied in Vancouver at VCC where
he also learned under international composers and classical
guitarists Leo Brouwer and John Duarte.
Carl is a passionate but gentle teacher. He has a knack
for helping students to learn quickly and intuitively.
